Pirate Ship in Side: How Booking Works, Step by Step
There is no deposit to find and no card form to fill in. You tell us who is coming and where to collect you; the money changes hands on the day.
In short
You book in five short steps on this site: choose the day, pick a date from tomorrow onward with the guests by age, find your hotel, write down a name and a phone number, then confirm. We never ask for a card, and nothing is charged online; you pay in euros, in cash, on the day. Your pickup time follows the day before, and if plans change, a cancellation made 48 hours or more before the start is free.
The five steps of the form
- Which day. The pirate-ship day or Little Pirates — compare them if you are unsure.
- When and who. A date from tomorrow onward, and how many guests fall in each age band. The fare per person is shown as you go.
- Hotel. Start typing its name; the area follows from the hotel. Not on the list? Type it in yourself.
- Details. A full name and a phone number with the country code. E-mail is optional. A notes field takes the children's ages, a stroller, a mobility question or a food allergy.
- Confirm. You see the total you will pay on the day, then send.
What you get straight away
The moment you confirm, the screen shows that your places on board are reserved, with a booking reference. If you left an e-mail address, a written confirmation follows. You can also copy the summary, print it, or send it to us on WhatsApp so it sits in one chat with the pickup message to come.
If a slow connection makes you press confirm twice, relax: a booking that already reached us is recognised, and nothing is sent twice. Keep the reference somewhere you can find it on the day; it is the quickest way for us to find your booking if you call.
What happens the day before
We send your pickup time by phone or WhatsApp, with the exact place at your hotel to wait. It depends on your hotel and is timed around the ship, which is why no booking page prints it in advance. Keep your phone within reach that day, and answer an unknown local number — it may well be us. Which areas we collect from is listed by resort.
Paying, changing and cancelling
You pay the fare in euros, in cash, when the day comes. Nobody adds a booking fee or a transfer surcharge: the confirm-screen total is the whole bill. The prices page has every fare by age, and the extras guide lists what you may spend on board.
Cancelling is free up to 48 hours before the start. To cancel or change a date, get in touch using the reference from your confirmation. In summer, book a few days ahead rather than leaving it to the last evening.
Groups, and hotels off the list
One booking takes up to 20 guests. For a larger family or a group, send us a request — the groups guide explains how it works. A hotel outside the Side belt and Manavgat is handled the same way: a request, never a blind booking, and we tell you what is possible.
