Questions
All questions
What time does the pirate ship leave?
The ship casts off at 10:00. Your hotel transfer runs before it, and the whole day takes about 6 hours from hotel to hotel.
What time will you pick us up?
There is no single time for all guests; it shifts with the hotel. Yours comes a day ahead by phone or WhatsApp.
Is lunch included?
Yes, both days include it. The big pirate-ship day serves the children spaghetti, chicken fingers and fish fingers; Little Pirates serves lunch with kids' favourites. Drinks cost extra.
What is the difference between the two days?
The pirate-ship day goes down the river to the delta, with a live show, face painting and a foam party. Little Pirates dresses the children up for a treasure hunt and cruises the coast with a swim stop. Compare them.
What do children pay?
On the pirate-ship day everyone from 2 pays €23. On Little Pirates a child from 2 to 10 pays €14 and an adult €20. Under 2, free.
Can we bring a baby?
Yes — children under 2 travel free on both days. Bring shade, sun protection and whatever your baby needs for a long, bright day; there is no babysitting on board.
Do parents stay with the children?
Yes. Both are family days, and you remain with your children from start to finish — joining the games is encouraged.
Where is the swim stop?
On the pirate-ship day, at the delta where the river meets the sea. On Little Pirates, in clear water along the coast.
Do we have to swim?
Not at all. Going in the water is optional at each stop; non-swimmers have the deck, the show and lunch.
Are drinks included?
No. On the pirate-ship day every drink is sold at the bar on board; on Little Pirates extra drinks are not in the fare. Bring euros in cash.
What is the foam party?
On the pirate-ship day, music starts and a stretch of the deck disappears under foam — dancing, Halay, kids' routines. Jump in or keep clear.
What should we bring?
Swimwear, towels, hats and high-factor sun cream for everyone, a phone or camera for the pirate photos, and some euros for drinks.
Are photos included?
No. Professional photos and video are offered on board, paid separately.
Who runs the ship?
The operator's crew; the record states that every boat operation is run by a licensed maritime crew. Travel insurance is in the pirate-ship day's fare.
Where do you collect from?
Every hotel in the Side belt — Gündoğdu, Çolaklı, Evrenseki, Kumköy, Side, Sorgun, Titreyengöl, Kızılağaç, Kızılot — and Manavgat town.
Our hotel is in Alanya, Belek or Antalya. Is pickup possible?
The usual pickup does not reach there. Write to us with the hotel and the date; the operator tells us what is possible, and we pass it on.
How do we pay?
Cash in euros on the tour day. Nothing is charged on this website and no card number is ever requested.
Can we cancel?
Yes, at no cost until 48 hours before the day starts. One WhatsApp message or an answer to your confirmation does it.
Is it suitable for limited mobility, a wheelchair or a stroller?
It depends on the ship and the day. Mention it before you book — we ask the operator and give you a straight answer.
Can children bring their own pirate costume?
Yes. Little Pirates hands out costumes to the children, and your own is welcome too.
How many people fit in one booking?
Up to 20 guests. For a bigger group, send us a request.
Do we get a confirmation?
Yes — a reference appears on screen as soon as you confirm. Add an e-mail address for a written copy too.
Can we book for tomorrow?
The form's first available date is tomorrow. For today, message us on WhatsApp and we will find out.
