Pirate Ship Day for Big Families and Groups in Side
Cousins, two families travelling together, a reunion with grandparents: a pirate day works well with a crowd, as long as the booking is set up the right way.
In short
A single reservation covers as many as 20 guests. Anything bigger becomes an enquiry that we take to the operator for you. The whole party pays in euro notes on the trip day, and a cancellation costs nothing until 48 hours before the start. If the party is spread over several hotels, name each one and we confirm the pickup for each the day before.
How many fit in one booking
The booking form stops at 20 guests. If your party is bigger, do not split it into several bookings on your own; send us a message saying which day you want, how many are coming and where everyone sleeps, and we come back with what the operator can do.
There is no group discount on record, so we do not offer one. What a group does get is one reservation and one confirmation covering everyone.
Working out the cost for a mixed group
On the big day the sum is easy: count every guest from 2 up and multiply by the one fare. On Little Pirates, count the children and the adults separately. The booking form adds it up row by row before you confirm. The ages guide explains which row each guest belongs in.

Paying as a group
Nothing is taken online. The fare is paid in euros, in cash, on the day of the trip. A group can settle it in one sum or family by family; agree which before the morning so nobody is counting notes at the hotel door. Drinks from the bar on the big day, photos and personal spending are separate, so each family should carry a little cash of its own.
Pickup when the group is spread over several hotels
Every area of the Side belt, plus Manavgat town, has the transfer built into the fare. If your party sleeps in more than one hotel, name each hotel in the booking or in your message. Each hotel's pickup is set out in a WhatsApp message or a call ahead of the trip, with the exact place to wait. We never publish a pickup clock time because it depends on the hotel. Name one contact for the whole group and make sure that phone is switched on the evening before the trip.
